We work in partnership with our community and are guided by our principles.
Our Priorities
Programs funded by the Pohlad Family Foundation must meet this criteria:
- Align with the Foundation’s mission, vision and guiding principles
- Meet the objectives and goals of the Foundation’s programs
- Actively engage people and communities most impacted by the issue in helping to define priorities and solutions
- Demonstrate tangible community benefit
- Perform annual evaluation and demonstrate continuous improvement
Our Process
Announcements regarding open funding opportunities are posted on our homepage. Foundation staff members are actively involved in the community and may also extend invitations to organizations to apply for funding. The Pohlad Family Foundation does not accept unsolicited funding proposals.
