Our Priorities
The Pohlad Family Foundation’s priority is investing in housing justice in three distinct neighborhoods in the Twin Cities – Near North, Phillips-Powderhorn, and Frogtown-Summit University. The Foundation’s focus is in neighborhoods where long-standing housing injustice intersects with strong community leadership and existing efforts to advance housing justice.
Our Process
The Pohlad Family Foundation does not accept unsolicited funding proposals. When funding opportunities are open, announcements are shared directly with grantee partners. Foundation staff members are actively involved in the community and may extend invitations to eligible organizations to apply for funding.
