Deena Zubulake

In Deena’s role as Senior Program Officer, she works closely with Foundation staff on strategic initiatives and special projects in our efforts on housing and racial justice.

Deena is an experienced senior leader driving strategic goals, identifying priorities, and creating strong tangible outcomes. She has more than 20 years of experience supporting youth and families in crisis, managing housing programs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, developing life skills and empowerment programming, and facilitating youth voice leadership workshops and trainings. She also has extensive experience in community engagement efforts to address systematic disparities and access, and advance racial justice and equity.

Deena holds a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Youth Development Leadership from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Sociology and Intercultural Studies from the University of Northwestern.
